I had a clogged kitchen sink, I thought I could use a snake and do it myself. It didn’t go so well the snake got stuck and twisted and wouldn’t come out. I called Charlie at The Good Guys sewer and drain. Charlie had the guys out right away the next day, inserting a camera to see what was going on. The outside drain pipe was frozen. I assisted with however I could with Charlie’s guys and was very much appreciated. My pipe was thawed using a hot steam machine and whoosh here comes the water. Everything was put back together properly and the snake pulled out with no force. 5 stars great service is what your looking for then call Charlie at The Good Guys sewer and drain. We had a tricky double vanity drain clog about a month ago and Troy was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! He fixed our drains in less than an hour and we had no trouble since. The price was fair and we were told a price ahead of time. We will definitely call The Good Guys again if we need service in the future.

I had a slow drain in the bathroom sink, that was getting slower by the day. I called the Good Guys and the man that answered the phone was so pleasant and sounded so happy, that I was taken aback. Within 30 minutes, a gentleman arrived at my house and within another 30 minutes, my drain was clear. Pleasant, helpful, (in my opinion) inexpensive, and thorough. Now that I know about them, I no longer fear the next slow drain in my house. Thank you for great service and supporting my belief that some businesses care about quality.

I called this morning about my kitchen sink being clogged. They called and gave me 20 minute notice that they were coming. They were very considerate. The problem ended up being a frozen drain pipe. They had to go back to the shop to get a different tool. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves, which was very appreciated. I would absolutely hire them to fix plumbing problems in the future.
